fishysoisse is a collaboration between the Donovan sisters (Kathy, Kaitlin & Donna) and Marshall Kennard, all of whom are inspired by the beauty of nature and the sea. Donna designs and makes the jewelry using dichroic, wasser and other interesting glass. Marshall creates fused glass magic with a kiln (which means he makes the wine bottle cheese trays and fires all of the jewelry at just the right temperature and for just the right amount of time). Kathy & Kaitlin sell the items in the fishysoisse collection and manage business operations. Our first craft show was the Plymouth Waterfront Festival in August of 2006 where the response to our jewelry and wine bottle cheese plates was so positive that we decided to participate in more shows in 2007. The shows will be in New Jersey (where Kathy & Kaitlin live), Massachusetts (where Donna & Marshall live and have a studio), Pennsylvania (where another Donovan sister lives and creates beautiful photographs as a hobby) and in Maine (where we all love to visit).
